Lately, the Gujarat forest department found that two out of three lions have consumed human flesh as human hair was found on the faces of the two lions.
The department has decided to put them under observation instead of sending them to captivity in zoos.
After the scat analysis, it was concluded that the killing was done by the male lion who has already been sent to the captivity and also a large amount of human hair was found in his scat.

Seventeen cats were caged in the area when big cats killed three humans in their sleep.
The three people who got killed by these lions were – Jina Makwana(on April 19), Labhu Solanki (on April 10), Jayraj Devipujak ( on May 21).
As per the officials, the two cubs would be kept at Sasan where their behaviour towards human would be observed before any decision is made.
