Rahul Gandhi will hold a ‘Mashal Juloos’ to protest the power, water cut in Delhi

Launching an attack on Arvind Kejriwal’s government over the current water and power crises in the national capital, Rahul Gandhi Congress vice-president will today lead a torch procession.

Gandhi family along with Delhi Pradesh Congress Committee workers will be leading the protest starting from Samta Sthal to Players Building via Rajghat 6:30 P.M.

Even the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is been protesting in front of Kejriwal’s house demanding proper water and power supply in the capital.

Kejriwal has further assured that his government is working on it and take strict action against the power companies if they fail to resolve issues leading outrages.

Delhi has been reeling under massive power cuts with some areas facing outages for around five hours.

Areas like Bhogal, Okhla, Jangpura Extension, Lodhi Colony, Malviya Nagaar, Masjid Moth and parts of Lajpat Nagar and South Extension, have been facing power cuts for almost in the range of two to five hours, making it difficult for people in the blistering heat.
