Indian Auto Rickshaw driver wins Guinness World Record

Driving auto rickshaw on the side-wheel, this is not any stunt from Tollywood or Bollywood, he is Jagathish M, an avid auto rickshaw driver running it actually for real.

He is said to be a tuk tuk driver in Chennai. He wins Guinness World record for handling a motor tricycle on just two wheels for farthest distance of 2.2 kilometres straight. The record breaker test was held at juhu aerodrome in Mumbai.

Test had rules like the driver needs to cover atleast 1 km distance and that distance should be on two wheels only Jagathish told reporters when he was asked how does he manage balancing and pull off this hard stunt that lead him to call as Guinness record holder.

He said that after he leaves people on destinations the entire day he tries to pick out some time at the end of the day to practice the balancing of auto rickshaw at silent roads. He also revealed his secret behind his trick, as he had to reach speeds of 80 kmph for acceleration before actually lifting his Auto rickshaw’s left rear wheel on air to perform the task in fastest motion possible and then he leans the auto rickshaw to a certain angle to get the right balance.
