This is very distressing that lot of innocent people lost their precious life in fire tragedy of Kollam.
The health ministry has sent a team of top doctors,burns specialists and plastic surgeons from the Capital’s three leading hospitals – AIIMS, Safdarjung Hospital and
Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital – to assist with medical care of those injured in the fire tragedy in Kollam.
The team of doctors is headed by AIIMS director M C Misra, was flown to Kollam with PM Narendra Modi. A senior ministry official told that the team from Delhi includes 10
specialists from Safdarjung Hospital, 11 from AIIMS and five from RML.
Apart from burn specialists, plastic surgeons, burns surgeons, technicians, anesthetists, nurses and paramedics are part of the team. The ministry has also dispatched essential
medicines and ointments.
We wish that may god give them strength to fight against such a great loss.
