Chief Secretary of Delhi Chief Minister, Rajendra Kumar, who has been accused for criminal conspiracy and has a case registered against him by the CBI reached the headquarter of investigating agency’s for questioning.
He has been accused of giving work contracts to many companies without tenders, which resulting in huge loss to the Delhi government.
Rajendra Kumar has been charged under Sections of IPC of criminal conspiracy and under various Sections of the Prevention of Corruption Act for supporting a private company in five contracts which costs 9.5 crore rupees during 2007 to 2014.
The CBI carried out search operation at 14 places associated with Kumar in the New Delhi, including his residence, and various locations in Uttar Pradesh.
