Kapil Sharma Reveals 21-21-21 Rule Behind Impressive Fitness Transformation
Kapil Sharma the popular comedian and television host turns out to be the latest celebrity who is the center of a lot of attention due to his amazing physical transformation. His more prominent underweight body and the new energy have fueled the curiosity among the fans on how he was able to achieve his fitness. His trainer in fitness is Yogesh Bhateja, who states that the trick is in something unusual yet very efficient called the 21-21-21 rule. This is not a crash-diet or boot-camp at the gym but is a well-thought-out, slow-and-steady, creating long-lasting healthy habits.
Phase 1: 21 Movement Days-
The first three weeks are simply focused on adding some simple physical activity to everyday routine. Bhateja focuses on not-so-complex old school physical training (PT) activities similar to that that could be done in school. This involves stretch exercises, light workouts which include walking and jogging and body exercises that involves all muscles. The most important thing to note about this stage is that its admissions are motivated by no strict food limitations. It is said that Kapil Sharma was even allowed to his favorite foods and eat things like jalebis during this period. The aim, in this case, will be to develop a solid routine of exercise and to train the body to be comfortable with it, without any expectations of weight loss and without any intimidating activities.
Day 6-21: Phase 2- The Next 21 Days –
Mindful Eating and Smart Tweaks-
As movement is fine-tuned to become a habit the second 21-day period is devoted towards dietary changes. But it is not about the extreme reduction of the calories or removal of entire food groups. Rather, it is about intelligent, self-renewable changes in the diet. One of the suggestions made by Bhateja relates to the topic of mindful eating, i.e., taking milk at night replacing it with the morning, which will lessen acidity and better sleep. It is focused on moderation and healthier choices as opposed to utter deprivation. As an example, rather than abandoning tea one can decrease the amount of sugar or jaggery.
Phase 3: The last 21 days – Managing The Emotional Dependence
The final 21-day phase explores the healing of emotional dependencies that exist with regard to consumption. This consists of such habits as smoking, alcohol abuse, a lot of caffeine consumption, overeating when someone is upset, or being dependent on sweets. Bhateja emphasizes that it is essential to acquire the dominance over such products which could bring some inducement or pleasure but not a drop of real health. At this stage, usually, after 42 days of diligence in the area of movement and mindful eating, people, such as Kapil Sharma, start noticing significant changes in themselves, and that is a great incentive.

Literally the 21-21-21 rule is a 63-day process that makes a person develop a new approach to health and fitness. This helps eradicate the painful and stifling effect of lifestyle transformations as they no longer have to dwell on one single objective but rather on a single simple goal at a time. The success achieved by Kapil Sharma, though, proves that this approach and the corresponding changes into the healthier lifestyle are effective and may be taken as a confirmation that weight loss and adequate lifestyle that promote it may always be explored through gradual and well-planned changes instead of the radical ones. It is a comprehensive way that develops self-discipline and enables a person to live well in the long term.
