Foolproof: The viral video is cropped. He was talking about Manohar Joshi’s government of Maharashtra, where he served as PWD minister.

Foolproof: The viral video is from Jalandhar, Punjab. Both wrestlers are from India. It has nothing to do with Pakistan.

Foolproof: Indian railways have not introduced any new changes regarding booking tickets for children. Passengers can buy a ticket and book a berth for their child under five years if they wish. Moreover, if a separate berth is not required, then travel on the train is free.
