Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that scores obtained by candidates in recruitment examinations conducted by government and PSUs will be shared with private sector to help them hire candidates with matching talents.
Prime Minister Modi recently said that he will eliminate the corruption in government recruitments interviews for lower and middle level positions so that right talent get the right platform.
He added that currently scores in these exams have been retained by the government. This will reduce search cost in the labour mark for both employees and employers. Well, this will be a welcome change as many of us would be benefitted from this scheme.
