Indonesia’s transport, courier and hyperlocal shopping startup ,GO-JEK acquired Bengaluru’s software engineering company C42 and Delhi based Codelginition.
GO-JEK is an all round service provider that makes life easier by providing fast delivery options and helps in buying food ,ticketsetc. It is one of the fastest growing startup in the world and has monthly transaction graph over by 900x. It was launched about an year ago.
C42 and Codelginiton have partnered with GO-JEK since a long time, which eventually led to their falling into GO-JEK. The founder members of these companies will be joining the startup’s global management roles and taking up key roles.
It will certainly boost engineering space in India and take technological development for GO-JEK to next levels .
