According to Professor Noriko Osumi and their research team, balanced intake of lipids by pregnant women is very beneficial for the brain of a unborn baby.

Lack of these nutrients can lead to abnormal emotional behavior in adulthood that’s why correct intake of lipid can help a child to get healthy brain.
