A report has recently revealed that Information Technology Sector employees get the highest pay in India. They get median gross hourly salary of Rs. 346.42, while people, who are working in manufacturing sector, get the least at Rs. 254.04.
As per the survey of Monster Salary Index, IT sector is the highest paid sector in India but only 57.4 percent people working in that sector are satisfied with their salary.
PM Narendra Modi says that salary has become a key factor to retain the employees in an organization that’s why it is important for companies to analysis the correlation between the both.
