The special day to celebrate the beverage was founded in the year 2007 in California.  Seasons may come and go, but nothing can beat the pleasure of having a cold beer with your friends and family. It all started in the year 2007 when a man named Jesse Avshalomov decided that beer and its makers deserved a day of honor. Earlier, it was celebrated on August 5.

Later, he did a poll and decided that the first Friday of August will be celebrated as International Beer Day as Friday marks the beginning of a weekend.  Notably, this day is celebrated for three reasons to the day – to gather friends and family to celebrate the people who brew and serve it; to celebrate the beer of all nations and cultures.  There are different ways to celebrate this day with your loved ones.
