Healthy papaya Smoothie

Papaya is light on your stomach and aids proper digestion. Papaya is also rich in water content and is a good source of potassium, vitamin C, folate and magnesium.

Regular consumption of papaya prevents food indigestion, avoids constipation and heartburn.

Here is simple papaya drink full of health-promoting benefits.

Vital Ingredients:

  • Lime juice – 4-5 tsp
  • Ripe papaya (cubed) – 1 ½ cup
  • Rock Salt- 1 tsp
  • Black pepper – 1tsp
  • Salt – ½ tsp
  • Crushed ice ½ cup

Method of Preparation:

  • Put all ingredients in a mixer except crushed ice and blend smoothly.
  • Now put crushed ice in a glass and add the blended mixture on top of it.
  • Your chilly papaya drink is ready.
  • The drink is not healthy but also refreshingly energizing.
