When Dilip Kumar Recalled His Last Meeting With Madhubala & Revealed Their Last Conversation: “Hamare Shehzade Ko Unki Shehzadi Mil Gyi…”

#Flashback Monday:- Madhubala and Dilip Kumar were one of the most loved and adored couples of B-Town. The duo dated each other for nine long years but sadly, they didn’t end up marrying each other, and their fairytale romance saw a tragic end. The veteran actress died at 36 but her intense romance with the tragedy king remained a major highlight of her life. Today, we bring to you a throwback to when Dilip met Madhubala for one last time before her death on the request of his wife Saira Banu, and their convo will leave you with teary eyes.

Madhubala and Dilip were madly in love with each other. However, destiny had different plans for them. After dating each other for a long time, they parted ways and weren’t in touch with each other. But once the actress wanted to discuss a personal matter with him and it was Dilip’s wife Saira Banu, who convinced him to meet her. The tragedy king in his autobiography recalled his last meeting with the actress before her death and knowing that will break your heart.

Dilip Kumar revealed that soon after his nikah with Saira Banu, he received a message from Madhubala that she wanted to meet him. While Dilip was still thinking about it, Saira Banu insisted that he should meet her. He recalled their last conversation and said, “When I went to Madhu’s home, I was pained to see that and looked very frail. The pallor on her face not only belied her ill health, but her magnificent, impish smile seemed such an effort. She was happy to see me and said, “Hamare shehzade ko unki shehzadi mil gyi, mai bohot  khush hoon…”

Notably, that was the last conversation they had and after that Madhubala discussed the personal matter with him and felt quite relaxed.

Isn’t that quite heartbreaking.  Well, in some parallel universe, we wish ki unki mohabbat mukamal ho! A special shoutout to Saira Banu for being  the true queen here!
