The poster of the upcoming Telugu film Leo, directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj and starring Vijay, has become a sensation on social media. The poster, released on Monday, has garnered widespread attention. It features slogans like “Keep calm and avoid the battle, and director Lokesh Kanagaraj himself shared it on his Twitter page. Fans are now eagerly anticipating the release of more posters for the film, which are expected to be unveiled over the next four days.

The film features Trisha in a prominent role, marking her return opposite Vijay after several years. The star-studded cast also includes Keerthy Suresh, Arjun, Misha Ghoshal, Priya Anand, Mansoor Ali Khan, and Sanjay. The movie, which was recently filmed in various locations in Kashmir and Chennai, boasts a diverse ensemble of actors. Currently, the post-production work is in progress, with dubbing being the next step.

Lokesh Kanagaraj Provided More Leo Updates Soon

Director Lokesh Kanagaraj provided some insights into the film during an interaction at the SIIMA awards ceremony. He mentioned that there is still a lot of work to be done for Leo, which is why they have been cautious about sharing updates. Their plan is to gradually release updates about the film, with the first one coming on Monday.

Leo Film Key Details and Vijay’s Return

Leo is scheduled to hit theaters on October 19, 2023. The movie is being produced by Lalit Kumar of Seven Screen Studio, and it features music composed by Anirudh Ravichander, marking his third collaboration with Lokesh Kanagaraj and his third with Vijay. The film boasts cinematography by Manoj Paramahamsa and editing by Philomin Raj.

It’s worth noting that Vijay recently returned from the United States, where he was shooting for Leo, to spend time with his father after his surgery. This move was seen as significant given reports of strained relations between the actor and his father in the past.
