Who is Bellamkonda Sreenivas? The South Indian Actor Who Has Made It Huge
Bellamkonda Sreenivas is a South Indian actor who has mainly worked in Telugu films. He made his debut in 2014 with the movie Alludu Seenu for which he won the Filmfare Award for Best Male Debut – South.
Why is he so popular?
South Indian actors have now started making it huge in Bollywood- from Dhanush to Rana Daggubati. But, Bellamkonda Sreenivas is one actor who has come to Bollywood merely based on his popularity on YouTube! Of course, he is a great actor and there is no denying that his talent has helped him reach this place- but the views his movies have on YouTube are crazy high.
As most of his movies have been dubbed in Hindi and released on YouTube, they have views that bask in crores. His movie Jaya Janaki Nayaka titled Khoonkhar has a total of 70 crore views online. Another movie Sita has 60 crore views and Kavacham has 40 crore views.

His popularity has helped him land a movie in Bollywood where he is playing the lead role, opposite Nushrratt Bharuccha. The movie Chatrapathi is a remake of the movie of the same name which was released in 2005 in Telugu. The original Chatrapathi was directed by S. S. Rajamouli which starred the veteran Prabhas. The film was also remade in Bengali as Refugee in 2006 and in Kannada in 2013 with the same name.

It is an action film that has been met with lots of love and appreciation from audiences worldwide.
For Bellamkonda Sreenivas the journey to Bollywood has been a thriller ride, in just a few years he has made it huge and his success is proof that he will continue to be a hugely popular and loved celebrity.

Though he has been in the news as the rumoured boyfriend of Rashmika Mandanna, there is no official statement from the actors. In an interview last month he had said- “I don’t know how it came about. I think it’s absolutely baseless because we were just good friends and we actually bumped (into each other at the airport).”
