Bollywood actress Sonakshi Sinha has acquired a 4,200 sq ft sea-facing apartment in Bandra West, Mumbai, for ₹11 crore. Situated on the 26th floor of the 81 Aureate building on KC Road, the apartment has a carpet area of 2,208.77 sq ft, including additional space for a lobby, servant toilet, and a spacious terrace of 1,653.67 sq ft.

Star-Studded Tower in Mumbai
The total carpet area is 4,210.87 sq ft and comes with four parking spaces, offering views of Mahim Bay and the Bandra-Worli Sea Link. Sonakshi Sinha’s mother, Poonam Sinha, represented her in the August 29 agreement with Pyramid Developers. This marks her second apartment in the same tower, with other Bollywood celebrities like Arjun Kapoor, Malaika Arora, Karan Kundra, and Prithvi Shaw having also invested in this highrise.
