She wrote a sincere note to convey how happy she was for their special day. They have been dating for 13 years and throughout the actress’ cancer recovery Rocky has been there for her like a rock.

The charming pair first connected on the set of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai Hinas popular television program. Rocky was a supervising producer and Hina portrayed Akshara the main character. After their friendship blossomed into a romantic relationship they declared their union in 2017.

In June 2024 Hina received a Stage 3 breast cancer diagnosis. The actress has been courageous in the face of her illness and has focused solely on promoting positivity during her battle.
During these difficult times she has been outspoken about her physical and emotional well-being. In addition to immunotherapy she has had surgery and chemotherapy.
