Hindi Medium 2 goes on the floor: Here are all the details

Versatile actor Irrfan Khan was battling with cancer last year. He recently returned to India and wrote a gratitude note on Twitter, thanking his fans for immense love and support. Earlier this month, an official announcement of his recovery was made by the Filmmaker Tigmanshu Dhulia. He had also informed that soon Irrfan Khan will begin the shooting Hindi Medium 2. As per reports, Irrfan Khan and Radhika Madan have already started the shoot.

The first schedule of the film will be shot in Rajasthan. After that, the team will fly to London. It was initially set in the US, but now, it will take place in London. Notably, Irrfan Khan and Radhika Madan will play father and daughter in the film. It is the first time when Irrfan Khan and Radhika Madan will share the screen.

It was earlier reported that Kareena Kapoor Khan was also roped in the film to play a cop. But there is no confirmation on the same. Hindi Medium 2 will be the sequel to Saket Chaudhary’s Hindi Medium( 2017) that starred Irrfan Khan and Pakistani actress Saba Qamar in pivotal roles.

How Irrfan Khan fought Cancer?

Irrfan Khan is one of the very talented actors of Bollywood. He is known for his phenomenal acting skills. He was suffering from a neuroendocrine tumor. He flew to London last year in March for the treatment. Almost after one year he recently returned to India. Now, he is all set to begin the shoot of Hindi Medium 2. He confirmed his return on Twitter and thanked his well-wishers.

Radhika Madan, a pure talent

Radhika Madan’s last release Pataakha got her applauds from the entire industry. Before that, she was known as Ishaani. She made her television debut with the show Meri Aashiqui Tum se hi opposite Shakti Arora. She also worked in Mard Ko Dard Nhi Hota and she completely nailed the character of Supri. Now, she will be seen in Hindi Medium 2. She has earned this for herself. She has proved her mettle as an actor.
