Cardi B Makes a Fierce Fashion Statement in Rahul Mishra’s 3D Raven Ensemble While Teasing Her Album ‘Am I The Drama?
Cardi B, never afraid to set trends, has once again made a bold move-flaunting her unapologetic art and fashion skills in such an awe-inspiring way. Everybody was already dreaming of, and talking about, the album by the rapper after an equally powerful creative event: the teaser for her new album. On June 23, Cardi B uploaded a dramatic clip on Instagram, with which she teased her new album, ?Am I The Drama? but nobody was only acquainted with the music: the lovely couture she was wearing was the handiwork of Indian designer Rahul Mishra.
It was not just your average red carpet look Cardi B teased. It was from Rahul Mishra’s Raven’s Flight, which is a part of his Spring Couture 2025 collection. The piece was designed in a breathtaking way-this installation of 3D embroidery looks like a conspiratorial flock of ravens circling the bodice. The dark sculptural detailing was paired with a floor-length custom dress build, raising the entire ensemble to an avant-garde spectacle.
Rahul Mishra hereonce again proved his conceptual mastery by tying fashion to narrative. The motif of the raven – representing ancestral presence and mystery- being perfectly aligned with the bold persona with which Cardi B carved her name into the psyche of her audience and that intense aura in her album teaser were prophetic in pairing with the caption. “Time’s UP. I got an announcement to make tomorrow.” The next day, Cardi B did not disappoint and revealed the title Am I The Drama,-going straight to the point: available September 19th.
Styled by Kollin Carter, assisted by Juan Mario Ortiz, Cardi B’s look received an extra push with her signature beauty glam hair by Tokyo Stylez and makeup by Erika La’pearl. The total result is a fashion moment that not only teases power within the album, but also sets high bars for appreciation of global couture.

Blake Lively flaunted her impressive 3D Cityscape pencil skirt during her promotions for Another Simple Favor, effortless styling with a black tank. Nicole Scherzinger also drew attention during the Entertainment Community Fund event in a black ‘Surreal Space’ corset, paired with a satin silk draped skirt. And country singer Lainey Wilson shone at the 51st American Music Awards in a hand-embroidered Chintz jacket and cape.
