The much – awaited film of Alia Bhatt will finally hit the theatres on February 25. After getting different release dates several times, 25th of February has now been locked for its release. It is a biopic of Gangubai who was a mafia queen and matriarch in the late 1960s. Notably, she was pushed into prostitution at a very young age by her boyfriend. She later came out as a very powerful woman who also had connections with the underworld. Notably, for this film, Alia Bhatt and Sanjay Leela Bhansali have collaborated for the first time.
February has other releases as well. Films like Jayeshbhai Jordaar starring Ranveer Singh will also release on 25 of this month. The film also stars Shalini Pandey.
