No Friendship, No Grudges: Uorfi Javed Opens Up on the Apoorva Mukhija Controversy
The public altercation between Apoorva Mukhija and Uorfi Javed in The Traitors became the talk of social media. The former also disclosed getting threats and hate mail from fans of The Rebel Kid. A behen code agreement was made between the two at the start of the reality show. But when Uorfi noticed Apoorva crying and asked why the latter lost it, chaos ensued. Apoorva claimed in a YouTube video that Uorfi’s outbursts at her off-camera fulfilled her worst nightmares.
Allegations and Emotional Fallout
She claimed that Uorfi made her feel like a fraud and went on to say in an interview that if she had been someone as famous as Maheep Kapoor Uorfi would never have taken offense. If Maheep had misbehaved or had a confrontation with me I would have told her too ki aukaat mein raho apni Uorfi responds to her remarks. I would have spoken up. I make rash decisions. Gusse mein nikal jaata hai bhi bhi kuch bhi. Aisa nahi hai ki maine uska level dekh ke yeh sab kuch bola.
Uorfi on Friendship and Moving On
Although Uorfi claims she has no ill will towards Apoorva she strongly believes that the two cannot be friends. In my opinion I will never call her. I am aware that she will never give me a call either. The world has a huge population. There is nothing wrong with that. Woh mujhe hi kyun call karegi? Where history exists only those relationships can be restored. Its not as though we had a friendship in the past, she says.
A Relationship That Never Was
She was never my friend, Uorfi says. She and I were acquaintances. Prior to The Traitors we had met. She had come to see Follow Kar Lo Yaar my new show. Yes we had a few conversations. She always struck me as a laid-back individual. Aake humaari baat nahi bani however is shown. After we got into a fight Apoorva started acting inappropriately toward me. I ended up telling her a lot of things in response which might have gone too far.

No Grudges, Just Distance
And she wants to move on now that The Traitors is over. Sometimes it’s acceptable for two people to not get along. You don’t have to harbor resentment. Uske saath ki meri koi bahot badi dushmani hai meri nahi hai. The main reason is that she is too young. Everything that transpired on the reality show did. It’s all right. There isn’t any friendship there but I also don’t harbor any animosity. She has my undying love, declares the Big Boss OTT star.
