Netrikann is a Tamil thriller drama movie featuring Nayanthara as a single female lead. She is playing the character of a visually impaired girl. It will be interesting to watch how Nayanthara deals with a psycho killer, who kills women. Its released date is finalized on August 13.
Some may confuse it with the remake of 1981, a Tamil film with the same name. However, it is a remake of a Korean movie, BLIND released in 2011.

Its season 1 was released in 2019 and was highly popular. The story of season 2 is inspired by a column published in the New York Times with the same name.
