In a major real estate move within Mumbai’s star-studded neighbourhood, Aamir Khan has leased four luxurious flats in Bandra’s elite Pali Hill area. The Bollywood superstar will be paying a whopping Rs 24.5 lakh per month for the apartments, a temporary residence while his own home in the Virgo Housing Society undergoes redevelopment. This prime location in Bandra West is already known as a celebrity hotspot and is now set to host Aamir for the next several years.

As per documents accessed via Zapkey.com, Aamir Khan signed a five-year lease agreement for these high-end properties starting May 2025 and extending to May 2030. The agreement includes a lock-in period of 45 months, during which the actor is committed to stay, regardless of circumstance. Along with the rent, he paid a security deposit exceeding Rs 1.46 crore, along with a stamp duty of Rs 4 lakh and a registration fee of Rs 2,000. The contract also outlines an annual rent escalation of 5%, in line with typical high-value Mumbai property leases.
Aamir’s own residence at the Virgo Housing Society is currently in the midst of an ambitious redevelopment project. Once completed, the new structure is expected to offer ultra-luxurious sea-facing apartments, with prices soaring above Rs 1 lakh per square foot. Industry insiders suggest that some of the homes in the revamped Virgo complex could be worth more than Rs 100 crore, placing them among the most expensive properties in Mumbai.
Until then, Aamir will call “Wilnomona” his temporary home — a premium apartment complex located just 750 meters away from Puja Casa, where Shah Rukh Khan and his family are currently residing while their iconic bungalow Mannat undergoes renovations. The proximity highlights how Bandra West continues to be the residential choice of Bollywood’s biggest stars.
From Salman Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan to Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, and Rekha — the area is a veritable who’s who of the Hindi film industry. Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh are also reportedly preparing to shift into their new property nearby, further solidifying Bandra’s reputation as the city’s most glamorous address.
Professionally, Aamir Khan is also enjoying an exciting phase in his career. He recently made his much-anticipated return to the big screen with Sitaare Zameen Par, a film that performed impressively with box office earnings exceeding Rs 165 crore in India. Looking ahead, the actor is set to take on the role of cinema pioneer Dadasaheb Phalke in Rajkumar Hirani’s upcoming biopic. He is also producing Lahore 1947, which stars Sunny Deol and is being directed by the acclaimed Rajkumar Santoshi.

Additionally, Aamir is scheduled to appear as Chief Guest at the 2025 Indian Film Festival of Melbourne, further underlining his continued influence on international cinema stages.
In a surprising twist, Aamir Khan will also make a cameo appearance in Rajinikanth’s upcoming action-packed film Coolie. The film centers on Deva, a former daily-wage laborer with a mysterious past, who rises to take revenge for a friend. Rajinikanth leads the cast, while Aamir’s cameo is expected to add another layer of intrigue to the storyline. Other actors in the ensemble include Nagarjuna Akkineni, Upendra Rao, Sathyaraj, Soubin Shahir, Reba Monica John, and Rachita Ram. The soundtrack, composed by Anirudh Ravichander, is already generating buzz ahead of the film’s release on August 14, 2025.
