In the year 1998, Kotian was launched in the entertainment industry with the show Dil Vil Pyar Vyar. Later, he appeared in shows like Shree Adi Manav, Vighnaharta Ganesh, Aek Chabhi Hai Padoss Mein.

While starring on stage with Salman he said, “I came from a very small place known as Dagdi Chawl, Kala Chowki and Lalbaug. Our financial condition was so bad that my mother was left with rice water to feed on after feeding me and my father. After doing all kinds of odd jobs in childhood I did my schooling and earned an MBA degree from one of the best universities. I am proud of myself. So, why show it to the world?”
Vishal said that the Bigg Boss house is a luxury as he had struggled for basic necessities in his life. As he lost his mother due to cancer at the age of 15 so doing household work is not a big task for him.
He was also in the news for his love life. As per reports, he was planning to marry his long-time girlfriend, but the second wave of the Covid-19 left his plans on hold. However, they have to wait a bit more for their big day as Vishal is in the Bigg Boss house now and we are not expecting his eviction soon.
