* How to: Suck in your cheeks and lips until you have a “fish face”. Hold for a few seconds, making sure to keep your eyes wide open.
* Benefits: Helps define the cheekbones and will tone the muscles around the mouth. You know you have held the fish face long enough, if your eyes start to water. Repeat for 5-10 times.

* How to: Look up, raise your eyebrows, and close your eyelids as you look up.

* How to: Tap your face with only the pads of your finger tips. Tap from your forehead to the jawline down your neck. Try to tap on key pressure points.
* Benefits: Increases blood circulation, stimulates lymphatic drainage, and can increase collagen production to create a natural blush and reduce puffiness. Do for 1-2 minutes every day.
