Saiyaara Hits ₹30 Cr on Day 10, Eyes ₹250 Cr Total

Saiyaara Day 10: Ahaan Panday‑Aneet Padda Film Hits ₹30cr Saturday

Saiyaara, the romantic drama by Mohit Suri that made debutants Ahaan Panday and Aneet Padda overnight sensations, broke box office records to become one of the biggest films of 2025. The film had an impressive second Sunday with a collection of about 30 crore and currently has made a total domestic collection of about 247.25 Crore in only 10 days movie release. This magnificent achievement has shocked both the trade analysts and audiences to the same extent as it shows the strength of a good story and a musical score.

A Dream Run Is Staged-

Saiyaara started with a great opening of 21.5 crore on its first Friday and showed a steady rise in its initial days collecting a whopping 35.75 crore on its first Sunday. The movie was made to hold firmly at the box-office even on weekdays, where it earned in the four digits regularly. The movie had its opening week at a decent 172.75 crores and it has been going off to a mind-blowing second week.

The second weekend was also highly stable, as Saiyaara earned 18 crore on its second Friday and 26.5 crore on Saturday which translated to a high growth. The second Sunday collection of 30 crore is just the indication that the word-of-mouth of the film is excellent and the audience has maintained it until now which is an uncommon deal to a film with new faces in the lead.

Smashing records and setting exceptions-

The victory of Saiyaara stands out in a special way since the film has young talents making their on-screen debut, Ahaan Panday and Aneet Padda, in the lead. Even in an industry where most of the times, it is the established stars that attract such a huge audience, their success in attracting such a large amount of people goes out in testament to the highly solid content of the film, as well as indisputable chemistry between the two lead actors.

The Future Ahead-

Considering its level of popularity and its consistency, with “Saiyaara” doing well at the box office, it is on solid ground. New releases are incoming, such as “Son of Sardaar 2” and “Dhadak 2”, but these will be releasing on August 1, and “Saiyaara” had relatively few good competitors to begin with, so its either way. “Saiyaara” is still able to attract audiences, even during the weekdays, and instead of die-down, it has demonstrated attractive audience acceptance, and that represents promise for good box office going forward. “Saiyaara” is truly a box office hit, and proves that good stories and talent can and does win the box office.
