In a highly anticipated event Khan Sir and his spouse AS Khan threw a wedding reception party. Viral images and videos from the celebration have been shared on social media. It has been reported that his spouse is a government official from Siwan Bihar. The newlywed bride turned heads at the wedding festivities by wearing a red lehenga and a veil that went all the way over her face. Let’s figure out what she’s wearing.

The Brides Outfit in More Detail

Sequins delicate gold jaal work and heavy gold zardozi embroidery were all used throughout AS Khan’s bridal red lehenga. She wore a blouse with a round neck, a tailored fit and a cropped hem that was heavily embroidered and half-sleeved. The lehenga skirt has a floor-sweeping hem length layered ghera and an A-line silhouette. 

She finished off the ensemble by wearing a veil over her head that covered more than half of her face and wrapping a dupatta around her body in the manner of a saree pallu. The two drapes have embroidered patti border sequin accents and gold zardozi work.

She accessorized the bridal gown with a lot of jewelry such as statement rings on both hands, kadhas red bangles a nath a pasa a gold maang tikka and several layered gold necklaces. For the glam she opted for a bright red lip shade glowing highlighter flushed cheeks and darkened brows while her jet black hair was left loose in a central parting adorned with sindoor. 

Khan Sir wore a brown three-piece suit set to match his wife. He paired a straight-fitting pair of pants with a notch lapel blazer. The ensemble was completed with dress shoes, a blush pink button-down shirt, a matching pocket square, a maroon silk tie and a suit vest with embroidery in brocade.

Khan Sir meanwhile had married in a secret ceremony in May. In a subsequent live class he shared the personal milestone with his students and explained that the geopolitical context of the growing tensions between India and Pakistan was the reason for the ceremony’s muted tone. 

Several notable members of the academic and political communities graced the occasion including Leader of the Opposition Tejashwi Yadav, Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary and Governor Arif Mohammad Khan of Bihar.

Arif Mohammad Khan the governor of Bihar was also present at the reception and took the stage to give blessings. The Governor wished the couple luck in their marriage and acknowledged Khan Sir’s noteworthy contributions to education. 

The groom was also congratulated by Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary who gave him a bouquet and expressed pride in the achievements of young educators such as Khan Sir. He emphasized how important these people are in determining Bihar’s future.
