The dress, with a halter neckline and dense lace bordering, carried 15 pounds due to its 250,000 Swarovski crystals hand-applied for 450 hours. Each step, Cabello glimmered and sparkled – and no matter from which direction, everyone was captivated and charmed.

While the other girls chose traditional purses or pieces made from embroidery, Cabello carried a clutch made entirely of ice with a delicate rose frozen inside.
