Fall in love with mushrooms and try this delicious dish..
- 4 Pork Chops
- Salt and pepper
- 1 garlic salt
- 1 onion chopped
- 1/2 pound fresh mushrooms
- 1 packet Cream of mushroom soup.
Season Pork Chops with salt, pepper and garlic to taste.
In a large skillet, brown the Chops over medium heat.3
Add the onion and mushrooms and salt for one minute cover skillet and reduce temperature.
Simmer 20 to 30 minutes or until Chops are cooked through.
In the meantime cook the mushroom soup according to instructions on the packet.
Garnish the dish with cream of mushroom soup and serve it hot with a side portion of steamed vegetables and mashed potatoes.
