World Pollution Day is every celebrated on December 2. Pollution has become a worldwide problem, especially air pollution. Delhi is the most polluted city in the world. It has become a gas chamber, the air quality can give you some dangerous disease. The question arises, how can we prevent pollution? How to get rid of this fatal condition? Here are a few precautions we all need to take to fight with this deadly pollution:
1 Use mask whenever you step out of your house. They will come in handy and purify air to some extent.
2. Include Jaggery aka Gud in your diet. It will flush out the pollutants from your lungs
3. Ventilate your home from 3 pm to 5 pm. Let the air circulate and this time the pollutants level is low in the air.
4. Take steam daily in the evening when you return from the office. This will relax your lungs.
5. Air purifying plants such as Aloe Vera, spider plant will also come in handy as they will purify the air around you.
