Every Year World Laughter Day is celebrated on May 5. The day marks the importance of laughing in our lives. The theme of World Laughter Day 2019 is “Spread Happiness.”It was founded in the year 1998 by Dr. Madan Kataria.  Charlie Chaplin once said, “A day without Laughter is a day wasted.”  Happiness is a very strong emotion. It can uplift your mood can make you more productive. Today, the world is filled with stress and negativity. In that case, it is important to do things that make you happy. Laughing is a great stress buster. When you laugh out loud you actually burst a lot of stress.
