Here is the explained equation for England to make into final four of World Cup 2019

Australia handed England a massive defeat by 64 runs at the Lords. Chances to make into Semi-Finals have started to vanish for the host team. England is badly missing services of their star opener Jason Roy. This is third loss in 7 games which has made things difficult as their next two games are against strong sides India and New Zealand.

How the equation looks like

Captain Soin Morgan’s team needs to win both their matches to ensure a place and hope that other teams don’t win. If Pakistan win their last two matches and England wins only one then Pakistan can make into final four. Pakistan is taking on Afghanistan today and if Pakistan wins today it will open the World Cup further.

Pakistan riding high on confidence after a win will look to defeat the vulnerable

Pakistan will be high on confidence as they are coming after a thumping win against New Zealand. New Zealand was amongst two teams who didn’t lose any match till Pakistan defeated them in World Cup 2019.

The home team has been struggling in chasing scores. All three losses have come while chasing. They are said to be fearless whey they are setting a score but while chasing they have choked against Pakistan, Sri Lanka and Australia.

Host team’s World Cup 2019 Journey: From favourites to the verge of vanishing

The English team was clear favourites at the start of the World Cup and now their vagueness in reaching the World Cup has startled the cricket experts.

In the last match against Aussies, they were humiliated by the strike bowlers of Australia as they gave 5 wickets to Jason Behrendorff and 4 wickets to dangerous Mitchell Starc. None of the batsman apart from Ben Stokes was able to get going from such a strong batting line-up.
