We will all say goodbye to 2018 in a few hours. As the year is ending, there are so many memories that we are going to take away from this year.  For some people, it was a year filled with happiness, peace, and love. On the other hand, for some people, it wasn’t that great. But let’s forget all negative things about 2018 and welcome New Year with utmost zeal. So, what are your New Year Plans?

New Year celebrations are grand in Delhi. The vibes of the city are different during this time. So if you are going to celebrate your New Year in Delhi, then get ready for an exotic experience. Rajeev Chowk aka Connaught Place is the heart of Delhi. A lot people visit CP to celebrate their New Year. If you are too planning to visit Rajeev Chowk, here are a few things you need to keep in mind.

The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation will not permit passengers to exit the Rajiv Chowk Metro station after 9 pm on December 31. The decision is taken to keep a check on the law and order of the city.  However, passengers will be allowed to enter the station and board the trains. Apart from it, interchange would also be available at Rajiv Chowk Metro station.

Delhi Traffic Police has also geared up for New Year’s Eve. No vehicle would be allowed in Connaught Place after 8 pm.  Parking vehicles would be allowed at some specific places. Apart from it, a special drive against drunk and drive would also be undertaken by Traffic Police.
