1.Trouble falling asleep between 9-10 P.M.? You are stressed: If you feel wound up during the time when you should be winding down, you likely to be stressed. 3.Waking between 1-3 p.m. signals your aggression: Waking up between 1 and 3 a.m. could mean you are experiencing anger. This energy is connected to the liver and associated with anger and an excess of energy.  Anger is the emotion associated with the liver. If you are often irritable, get angry easily, have trouble unwinding from the day’s activities, have trouble reasoning or going with the flow and letting things go, you are experiencing a liver function problem.

4.Waking between 3-5 a.m.means a higher power wants to communicate something to you! The time between 3 and 5 a.m. related to lungs and sadness. Additionally, a higher power may be trying to tell you something. If you wake up at this hour it is because a higher presence wants to guide you to a bigger purpose.

5.Waking between 5-7a.m.suggests emotional blocks: Being awakened between 5 and 7 a.m. is tied to intestinal health and can signal emotional blocks.  An emotional imbalance in the large intestine energy could manifest as chronic constipation, but it could also manifest as an emotional tendency to not let go things.
