The global literary fest is organized by the Federation of Indian Publishers and Capexil
The two-day event has already attracted eyes from prominent leaders, influencers, authors, publishers, and readers from across the globe.
The global literary fest is organized by the Federation of Indian Publishers and Capexil, with Karadi Path Education Company as its title sponsor.
In 2020, the publishers and authors community suffered a severe blow to their income due to the current COVID-19 pandemic. However, the event has overcome border restriction and pandemic scare to successfully create a shared platform for book publishers, writers, authors, and exhibitors to connect directly with their audience through the innovative & digital platform ‘pragatiE’.
The digital format of this book fest has garnered 100+ exhibitors showcasing 6000+ book titles and offering humongous discounts on a spectrum of books, research papers and journals across the platform. Right now, more than 160,000 visitors have made an appearance at Delhi Book Fair 2020.
Its ongoing literature fest ‘PragatiEVichaar’ has received appreciation from the global reading community for hosting engaging conversations and debates with more than 100+ authors, speakers, and industry experts on key social issues and challenges faced by the publishing industry around the world.
Webinars, book launches and book promotion events by the exhibitors have also accrued a stream of regular visitors and high interactivity. The title sponsor Karadi launched it’s newest innovation Zoomer (India’s first Hybrid reading programme) and PARI series (stories from rural India). The 40th Edition of ‘Awards for Excellence in Book Production’ announced the winners yesterday with a repeat telecast airing today at 6:30 PM on popular demand of the audience.
Toon Partners of Virtual Delhi Book Fair Cartoon Network & POGO received a terrific response to their fun competitions and will be announcing 20 winners at 8 PM today. Share your entries before the end of the day to win some amazing prizes.
