A 97- year- old man created history of sorts, when he appeared for his MA (Economics) examination of Nalanda Open University in Patna.
Raj Kumar Vaishya was,quoted saying ” I am really happy as I appeared for the part one of the MA economics exam. Now I will appear for the other papers and get my masters degree and fulfill my dream. Vaishya had enrolled in NOU last year in september to get his degree. Official of the Patna based NOU referred Vaishya as an inspirational figure.
Vaishya lives with his retired son and and retired daughter- in -law at an apartment in Rajendra Nagar Colony of Patna. Well, this is something commendable.
