Rift between Kohli and Rohit update: There are no issues
Virat Kohli said that reports about the rift between him and Rohit Sharma are disrespectful. Indian Captain spoke on the matter while answering the queries to the reporters during the press conference which was held before the team left for West Indies series. Indian Captain was present in the press conference along with the coach Ravi Shastri.

Virat on “Rift with Rohit’ said that “If I don’t like a person or I am insecure of a person, you will see that on my face or my behaviour towards that person that’s how simple it is? I have always praised Rohit whenever I had an opportunity because I believe he is that good. We have no issues. It’s baffling; I don’t know who is benefiting from all of this. We here are living, breathing, working towards getting Indian cricket to the top and here people want to get pleasure some kind of pleasure bringing it down.”

“It’s for everyone to see what kind of camaraderie and friendship and it is evident on the field. People can’t play together with that passion if they don’t get along together. It’s time that we should focus on taking Indian cricket forward and not on things that are not even there”.

Kohli said that he is excited to play with new guys who have done well in domestic cricket and IPL. He also said that he would want Ravi Shastri to continue as the main coach for the team. “All the team members share mutual respect and we have really done well together as a group so we will be very happy if he continues as the coach,” he said.
