What are all ingredients required?
500 gm pineapple
5 Roma tomato
1/2 cup onion
1 dash pepper sauce
Black pepper as required
1/2 bunch cilantro
1 tablespoon lime juice
salt as required
How to prepare it?
Step 1: Firstly, peel the pineapple and cut it into small chunks in a large bowl. Now, wash the cilantro and tomatoes in the running water and finely chop them into separate bowls. Next, peel the onions and finely chop them in a separate bowl and then cut jalapenos into very small pieces.
Step 2: After this, in the pineapple bowl, add tomatoes, cilantro, jalapenos, and onions, and toss well. Afterwards, add the lime juice, pepper sauce, crushed black pepper and salt as per your taste in the bowl.
Step 3: Toss them gently and keep it in the fridge for chilling once it gets chilled serve it with chips or nachos.
