4. Satyamev Jayate
We are judging the television series only on the TRP numbers they brought, we are also judging them on how much impact they had in the society. Hosted by Aamir Khan Satyamev Jayate, the show focuses on sensitive issues like child sexual abuse, honour killings, rape, female foeticide, untouchability, alcoholism, domestic violence and many others.
5. TED Talks India Nayi Soch
You wouldn’t have expected this show on the list because neither it gained a lot of TRPs nor it has many seasons. TED Talks India Nayi Soch season 1 and season 2 was hosted by Shah Rukh Khan. This has made into the list because of the message it delivered, the number of people it inspired, women achievers it celebrated and more.
