PM Modi gets heavily trolled after a promo with Bear Grylls in Man vs Wild gets launched

Man vs Wild show featuring Bear Grylls and Narendra Modi will be aired on 12th August

Discovery India released a new promo of Man vs Wild featuring Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi.  Narendra Modi is seen making a weapon, rowing boat and going on a wild adventure with the show host Bear Grylls.  As soon as the promo of the special episode which is shot in Jim Corbett Park in Uttrakhand aired, Netizens started taking a gig at Narendra Modi.

Prime Minister will be seen in a never seen avatar with the host Bear Grylls

The Special episode will feature Indian Prime Minister in a never seen avatar. He is in the company with the host of show Bear Grylls who has come to India to shoot a special episode in India’s densest forest Jim Corbett Park. Discovery India launched a statement stating that the special episode will be a “frank and freewheeling journey”.

Narendra Modi is seen riding a small dinghy in the river of Uttrakhand with show host who promises to keep Indian PM Safe.  Narendra Modi welcomes Grylls for coming to India and holding up a weapon carved out of bamboo said “Mai Aapke Liye Isko Mere Paas Rakhunga” (I will keep this with me for you). In response, the iconic show host says that “You are the most important person in India and I will keep you safe”.

The special  show is intended to promote awareness about animal conservation

 Discovery has launched this special show to promote awareness about animal conservation and environmental change.

Narendra Modi also retweeted Bear Grylls tweet and wrote “India- where you find lush green forests, diverse wildlife, beautiful mountains and mighty rivers. Watching this programme will make you want to visit different parts of India and add to discourse of environmental conservation. Thanks @BearGrylls for coming here! @DiscoveryIN.”
