Mission Election 2020: After the announcing free rides in Metro and Buses for women, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has announced free electricity up to the usage of 200 units. This is masterstroke which might change the direction of the assembly elections next year.
Delhi Chief Minister as the name of his party has been always the advocate of easier life of common people by availing subsidy on basic amenities for common people. In his first term, he availed free water up to certain units and subsidy in electricity. The free electricity up to 200 units for Delhi is a masterstroke from AAP president which might work wonders in the Assembly Election in 2019.
AAP Ki Historic Victory in 2015
AAP won 67 seats in the 2015 Assembly election, it was truly unexpected. As per the experts, after the historic win, AAP has done a good job in Health and Education sector in their second term. Kejriwal government lasted only for 49 days in the first term.
Here are some achievements of the Arvind Kejriwal government till now
In 2018-2019 education budgets, AAP allocated Rs 13,997 crores which are 26% of the total education budget. Deputy CM Manish Sisodia said inaugurated 11,000 new classrooms in government schools in January 2019.
Doorstep delivery of 40 public services has been approved and 30 more services are proposed. A total of 70 services will be delivered to the homes of people. People can apply online for Driving licenses, marriage certificates online and then can get it directly at their homes.
Primary healthcare centres which offer free consultations to patients along with tests and medicine has been one of the highlights of AAP government. Arvind Kejriwal has laid the foundation stone for work in 120 unauthorized colonies.
AAP government will bring 1000 electric buses and 2000 CNG buses in New Delhi by the end of this year.
