Archana Vijaya, a free- spirit, who loves to go with the flow of life, recently marked her presence in Delhi during an event.
The 32 years old, who has recently tied the knot with Delhi based Businessman, Dheeraj Puri, shared her take on W0men empowerment as this was the theme of the event.
Apart from, sharing her excitement of being part of the event, she also shared her future plans.
You got married a month back. So, how is life after marriage?
Well, it’s only a month so there is not much change in my life as I was busy with my work in ‘Khataron Ke Khiladi’, I didn’t even have the time to feel that I am married now. I have not gone for my honeymoon yet so yes, I am planning for it first.
Recently, there was a video of Deepika Padukone ‘My Choice’ which has been criticized a lot. What is your take on it?
In my opinion criticizing the video completely makes no sense but yes, I agree to the fact that there was lot of areas that have not been touched in the video.
There are more practical issues that are not present in the video. Overall, I think message was not clearly delivered to audiences. Males and females should work together to solve issues rather working against each other.
Do you think life changes after marriage for girls?
No, I don’t think so because if a girl is independent and has a clear vision in her life then she can easily handle her work and family life. You can grow as a person or as a professional even after marriage. Marriage can’t decide your limits.
How is Archana as a Person?
She is a fun loving and an easy going person. I never make plans in life I just like to go with flow.
What do you like to do in your leisure time?
I like to travel as I think travelling is the best way to broaden your horizons. Meeting different people and tasting delicious cuisine is the best way for me to treat myself.
You always work in a hectic schedule. So, how do you manage stress?
Going for a quick run is only way for me to manage stress. It not only gives me an adrenaline but also takes away my stress.
We have heard you are a complete foodie. So, what kind of food do you like to have?
True. I am a complete foodie and most of the time I like to have sea food. I cook occasionally, like chicken curry and Thai food. I eat six small meals in a day and since I live away from home, I crave for homemade food such as Dal and aaloo ki sabzi.
How would like to describe yourself: a party animal or a homebody?
Well, I would like to describe myself as homebody; I was a party animal during my teenage but now I socialize with my friends once in a week.
What according to you is the greatest perk of your job?
Work makes me travel to the places I had only seen in television; I think it is the greatest perk of my job.
So, what all surprises do you have in store for your fans?
Of course, I do have lot of projects pipelined but there is no point revealing them right now. Let it be a surprise you people will get to know it soon.
