#LagoBaaharSeFitAurAndarSeBhi, an initiative by Tetley Green Tea Immune: Fitness enthusiast Malaika Arora and Drashti Dhami talked about the importance of Inner Fitness
Over the years, we have seen that people are now more conscious about their physical fitness. From hitting gyms to following a particular diet, looking great has become a part of our culture. We embrace our physical fitness so much that we often forget our internal health. Recently, Tetley Green Tea Immune hosted an event to create awareness on holistic well-being. The main focus of the event was to make people aware of the importance of internal fitness. Notably, fitness enthusiast Malaika Arora, Drasthi Dhami along with Puneet Das, President – Packaged Beverages (India and South Asia), Tata Consumer Products and Kavita Devgan, Author and Nutritionist at Tata Consumer Products were part of the virtual event. The speakers shared some noteworthy pointers. Here are the highlights of the event.
Making Green Tea Part of your regime:
We all know the advantages of Green Tea. From helping in weight loss to boosting our immunity, regular intake of Green Tea can keep a lot of diseases and infections at bay. Commenting on the panel discussion Malaika Arora said– Malaika Arora who is known for fitness also shared her views on the same. She added that it’s time to focus on internal fitness. She added that Green Tea is a part of our regime and wherever she goes, she always carries a Tetley Green Tea pack with her. It helps to detoxify and makes her super fresh.”
Drashti Dhami also added her views on this. She believes it is important to change the lens and focus more on internal fitness. Drashti said that Pandemic has taught us that everyone should not just focus on physical fitness but also take care of their internal fitness as well. Drashti also added that thankfully she didn’t catch COVID but a lot of people she knew had a tough time recovering from it. In that case, it is important to be fit andar aur bahar dono se! Drashti takes her green tea right after her meals and at 4 Pm she drinks green tea as a ritual.
