1.Keep yourself hydrated: Water not only quenches the thirst but also help in keeping our skin soft and moisturised.Drink fluids like fruit juices, coconut water, green tea, buttermilk or just plain water to lower the heat level and keep your body cool and hydrated whole day.
2.Sunscreen- THE SAVIOUR: Use a sunscreen which has a combination of both sunscreen and moisturiser. Apply sunscreen 30 minutes before you step out from your home. It nourishes your skin with vitamins and anti-oxidants.
3.Exfoliate: For getting a glowing skin, the first step is to Exfoliate. Use an exfoliating sponge or a massager to scrub off the dead skin from the body. You should exfoliate your skin two to three times a week as it will help in removing unwanted dead skin and also improving blood circulation of your face.
4.Let’s steam it: Give yourself a steam therapy once in a week to open clog pores and remove the dirt that has accumulated in the skin. It helps to make the skin clearer and softer and also works well for all skin types.
