Jacqueline and Katrina rejects our idea of resting at home while gyms are closed with their home workout video
While all the gyms have been closed due to coronavirus, you are probably waking up late because you don’t have to hit the gym for few days. Actress Jacqueline Fernandez on the other side is doing yoga at home to combat the lockdown of the gym. In her latest post, the Indian actress is seen doing Surya Namaskar. Watch the video here and get all the motivation you need to do yoga while you are practising social distancing at home.
She wrote “This is 1 Surya Namaskar. 20 minutes, you can do 20 and it’s a great workout! I do 108 yoga to the rescue.” in the video.
Earlier on Monday, she had posted two videos doing yoga asanas.

The 34-year-old actress is known for her fitness routine. She is one of those rare heroines in Bollywood who does hardcore weight training. Jaqueline Fernandez has more than 38 million followers on Instagram.
Apart from the Jacqueline, the Bollywood diva Katrina Kaif was also seen doing exercise at home along with her friend and fitness trainer Yasmeen. In one of the videos, Katrina is seen working out on her terrace and in another video, she talks about the benefits of doing exercises at home, while the gyms are closed.

She also mentions the six types of exercises along with the number of reps and sets that can be done at home to keep the fitness regime up. She asks her followers to do Squats and side leg up, reverse lunges, situp, pushup, plank and mountain climbers.
