(Indian Space Research organization (ISRO))

The four stage Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle (PSLV) will be launched at 12:50 p.m today, and it will take place from Satish Dhawan Space Centre.

The countdown of 54 hours for the launch had already begun at 9.20 a.m on Tuesday.

This satellite by ISRO has two payloads for ranging and navigation and has been designed with a life span of 12 years.

ISRO has already launched six navigational satellites (IRNSS-1A, 1B, 1C, ID, 1E and 1F) as it’s a part of a constellation of seven satellites to provide the users across the country accurate positions information.

On March 10 IRNSS-1F was launched on ISRO’s trusted the PSLV C32.

The propellant filling operations during the countdown is to be taken in a four stage vehicle.
