International Yoga Day 2019: Yoga is the secret of Mental Toughness & Physical Fitness
The world is celebrating International Yoga Day 2019 and we are 5 times prouder than ever. Started in the year 2015, this year Yoga day will witness its 5th anniversary. Yoga originated in ancient India and got recognition across the globe for the physical, mental and spiritual practices. It is the most effective practice to stay fit and healthy both physically and mentally. It makes us flexible and gives strength to our body muscles.
If today, yoga is considered a global phenomenon credit goes to two people from India. Baba Ramdev in the mid-2000s played a big role in popularizing the Yoga in the country. He organized Yoga camps across cities and generated awareness and interest in people. Indian Prime Minister took Yoga to a global audience and asked the UN to declare 21st June which is the longest day in northern hemisphere International Yoga Day.

She is one of those celebrities who understood the importance of Yoga very early. She is educating people about Yoga through her books, online video and apps. She looks so fit and young at the age 44 that she can give a hard time to teenagers
4. Malaika Arora Khan
If Shilpa is 44 and then Maliaka is 45 and she is still nailing it on the online world. She is a regular yoga person along with a gym enthusiast. She said yoga has changed her into a spiritual person and it has also helped her to connect to herself.
5. Sachin Tendulkar
The legendary cricketer Sachin Tendulkar played 463 matches and played for about 25 years of International cricket. He has always credited Yoga for his fitness and mental strengths to fight it out on cricket grounds.
