Indian team has the right balance of experience and talent

ICC Cricket World Cup 2019 is almost here and we are thrilled as hell. IPL fever wasn’t even over and Cricket fans have already something on their plate. World Cup kick starts from 30th may when England will take on South Africa at the Oval, London.

The Indian team led By Captain Virat Kohli is one of the front-runners in winning the World-Cup.  India has done their homework and now they are to ready to excel in the cricketing world. Coached by Ravi Shastri India has the right balance of batting, bowling and fielding skills to overpower any team.

Batting is India’s strength

India boasts of one of the best batting Line-ups in the tournament. They have Shikhar Dhawan and Rohit Sharma to open and Lokesh Rahul will be a class-backup. Virat ‘Run-Machine’ Kohli, Vijay Shankar, MS Dhoni, Kedar Jadhav, Dinesh Karthik, and Hardik Pandya will be the backbone for their batting. They are more than capable of playing good in England’s seaming condition.

India chose Vijay Shankar over Ambati Raydu which gives them better balance and Dinesh Karthik over Risabh Pant which will give them experience in the lower-middle order.

India will enter the World-Cup with their best Bowling unit ever

The trio of Jasprit Bumrah, Mohammad Shami and Bhuvneshwar Kumar can be a very lethal attack when used wisely. Former captain MS Dhoni will make sure that Captain Kohli uses their seam bowlers wisely. J Bumrah is in form of his life and has the ability to take wickets and contain any batsman anytime.

The Combo of Kuldeep Yadav and Yuzvendra Chahal has been the secret of India’s recent success. These two have been able to take wickets in middle overs at almost all kind of pitches.

All the 10 teams will play each other in Group Stage

This time, there are no multiple groups and all the teams will play each other once in the group stage. The top four teams in a total of 10 teams will qualify for the semi-finals. There are no doubts that India will reach into Semi-finals. Men in Blue may lose one or two matches in qualifying round but they will make into semi-finals easily. Virat’s team has the right combination of experience and talent to go big and conquer the World-Cup this year. Their only fear would be England and Australia who are in good form and have to potential to defeat India. Let’s count the result of Warm-up match against New Zealand.
