How to make Aam Panna?

1. Take water in a saucepan and boil it by adding mango to it. Cook on low heat for 10 minutes until it becomes soft.

2. When the mangoes are cold, peel them with the help of a spoon.

3. Prepare a thick paste by mixing in the mango pulp mixer with the right amount of water.

4. Take out this paste in the pan and add brown sugar. Cook it on the heat until the sugar dissolves completely.

5. Keep it running continuously or else it may burn.

6. When the sugar dissolves completely, take the pan off the flame and add cumin powder, black salt, salt to it.

7. Take 1 or 2 teaspoons of mango mixer in a long glass and add cold water, now mix it well.
